Up for sale is a new G0704 Quick Change Pneumatic Tool Changer. This is a pneumatic, foot operated tool changer for the G0704. It will work with both Manual and CNC conversion. With this Pneumatic draw bar conversion, you can change tools in seconds instead of minutes. It also reduces the wear on the draw bar by not unscrewing and re screwing collets constantly. The kit comes with everything you need to change over your mill to a quick tool changer. I will include basic instructions for install and setup. Installation only takes 30 minutes. There is no modification of your mill. It couples right up to your air supply and 110 PSI is recommended for operation. Quick tool changer bracket. Pneumatic Foot Control Pedal. 24 feet of Pneumatic hose. New drawbar with R8 3/4 collet and springs. 4 bolts for mounting bracket. You will need tool holders for this system to work. This setup is designed to work with 3/4 Straight ER Collet holders. You can use ER16 , ER20, or ER32. The Tormach Tooling system will also work with this setup.
