It has an plastic cover that has started to chip/peel, this is only cosmetic and doesn’t change the function of the machine. You can see this in photos #3 and #4. This machine comes with an installed software program Revo 540 Gemvision version 2.4.9. No software disc or USB key fob included. The monitor, mouse, and keyboard are defective so they will need to be replaced. This is a great item and can really put your jewelry shop on the map by being able to create custom items.
