Linear Rails on all axis 15mm genuine IKO LWH15 rails and blocks on X and Y axis and genuine HIWIN MGN15 on Z axis Ball screws on all axis. 12mm 1204 Anti-backlash Ball Screw on all axis (none branded). Blower fan for chip removal. 24v Power supply (110/220 V). Brush-less DC motor spindle (square body) 104W ER11 (1/4in collet included) 10800rpm & NBD200 Brush-less Driver (accepts PWM signal for speed control). Reduction gears and gt2 belts on all axis multiplies torque and resolution. Uses GRBL 1.1 for controller board, and raspberry Pi for connectivity and job management. Thick T-slot aluminum table (machine bed). Very reliable, can run jobs that last days. Quiet operation suitable for offices / apartments and small residential spaces. Excellent for machining all Aluminum alloys like 7075 T6, 6065 T6, Brass, Carbon fiber, hard woods etc. With great accuracy and repeatability. Dust covers on X and Z, (Y is protected by machine bed). Portable and easy to move. Drag chains on X and Y axis. Easy to modify and upgrade. PETG cover on the z axis assembly. Electronics box with fans, manual spindle speed control E-stop, Pause, Resume, Light switch, Fan switch attached to gantry. Printed initial WiFi setup instructions included.
