IT IS 3 PHASE ; 220V; 1/2HP; 1200 RPM. THE SWITCH MOUNT BRACKET HAS BEEN BRAZED (SEE PICTURES). I HOOKED THE MOTOR UP TO POWER AND IT RUNS. I CAN FEEL A LITTLE VIBRATION WHEN THE MOTOR IS RUNNING. THE LEADS ARE PLIABLE. I DO NOT KNOW WHEN THE MOTOR WAS LAST USED OR SERVICED. THERE ARE SCUFFS, SCRATCHES AND WEAR FROM USE. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. CHECK OUT MY OTHER LISTINGS.
