The mill and controller are in fair cosmetic condition: – They have scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. The controller is missing fuses, and the ones that are installed seem to have improperly fitting caps. The mill appears to be missing a belt or two. Please see the photos for more detail. Have a key for the controller. No other parts or accessories are included. We tested the mill by plugging it in. The spindle motor is working and spins properly at all speeds. We were unable to test the controller. There is no indication that it has powered on when switched on. We do not have a key for it and were unable to turn the key cylinder by hand.
