2005 Haas VF-2SS Vertical Machining Center 30 HP, Thru Spindle Coolant
2005 Haas VF-2SS machining center. It then sat for a number of years. It has been tested and appears to be running well. All axes are jogging around well. The z-axis bellows may need replaced eventually as its slats are a bit tilted and appear thin when retracting, but still functioning fine. Some components on the tool changer double arm were replaced so it will need to be realigned (which is typically standard after being moved anyways), but all other functions of the tool changer were tested and are working fine. It can be inspected under power. This configuration was built with thru spindle coolant, cabinet mist collection, and fabric bellows kits instead of metal bellows for composite / graphite machining. It does come with its coolant tray and pump, however the tray itself was stored outside for a couple years so it will need to be cleaned and/or blasted and painted as shown.
