Up for sale is a 1994 Chevalier Falcon FM-63RD computer numerically controlled milling machining. This machine has full three axis motion. The controller is a Dynapath Delta 40-MU. Table size is 50″ x 11″. Travel is as follows. X Axis – 32. Y Axis – 16. Z Axis – 6.5. Unit has a NMBT 40 spindle taper. The spindle motor is 5HP 3 phase. The controller itself is 110V single phase. The spindle motor has been modified to run off of a VFD to control its speed but low and high range are still effective. 50 – 4500 RPM. The screen has been replaced with a VGA computer monitor. All of the servo motors have also been professionally replaced recently. Able to write programs at the controller, use the conversational programming, or upload your own via PC. Machines on site for ground level loading. Under power and able to test. This is a very tight machine that shows little to no wear. Has had an easy life only cutting wood.
