For sale is an automatic parts washer from EMC. An optional rotary basket (included) allows you to place parts into a steel mesh basket and rotates them slowly. Many users will heat the water, wash parts, and then allow them to evaporate dry. You can also place parts on a removable metal rack. The machine is powder coated blue, although some of the coating has warn off with light use. We modified the inner basket to have air jets so that an air hose can be added to the front and hooked inside. This allows for improved part drying. A timer allows the unit to turn the heat on at a fixed schedule and there is also a dial timer that allows a user to place parts in the machine, set the timer, and walk away. The water jets will then turn off when the timer goes off. Included is a long SO power cable with a hubble cord attached; ready for power. Place on a 220 three phase circuit with a 50amp breaker; we never had it trip on a 50 amp breaker. If residential, a liftgate charge may be added.
