It is either the DYNA or the MINITECH. In addition There is a spindle mounting bracket that was made for this unit if you want to change the spindle all-together. Machine has been upgraded to USE MACH3/4 The base unit and frame is Dyna 2400 which includes the Acme Screws. Spindle motor is from a 2200 model. This DYNA Mill has the following specs. Frame chassis is 2400 model. The Spindle Motor is from 2200. It has a new drive electronics for X, Y, Z, A axis, each axis has 6amp drivers “Made In USA”. Approximate X=5″, Y=4″ & Z =4 travel. The oil reservoir is mounted on the base (original pictured) and is a push to dispense type plunger. One shot and the system lube all axis ways. The steppers are new and they are Chinese and seems to work well. All X, Y, and Z movement error is 0.05mm. The spindle responds to program ON/OFF gcode. Let us talk about something you may be concerned about as I would be. The table is tested for linearity and it seems to keep excellent Z axis distance from the table at almost every point on the table except some dings here and there. Such accuracy should give user a very good result where an equal depth channel needs to be milled in to work piece. There is one drill mark (point) on the table as seen on the picture. I used this machine manly for PCB cutting at slow FR. The unit was repainted when I was in NJ and the job is not that great. The spindle retains the original specification as shown in the picture. The spindle RPM is maxed out at 10K and uses a spindle motor from 2200. There is hardly anything in this unit to do except plug and run. The CNC machine has 4th axis fully functional. The 4th axis can drive a stepper motor as much as 6.0Amp max. The unit has an isolation transformer which is wired so it can be turned off from the rocker switch. The unit does not needs cleaning but spindle might require repacking. Remember DYNA says the spindles does not need any service. All Axis limit switch work as they should. All switches are original. All other buyers around the US can use any trucking system of their choosing. I will have the unit ready for trucking in a wooden like box container and then wrapped with plastic to protect it from rain while in transition. See the box picture.
