SmartPlate Rotary Riser Subplate

Don’t let your rotary unit steal your table space! The SmartPlate is designed to overhang the edge of the machine table while maintaining rigidity due to its 4 bolt design and low length-to-width ratio. Rotary units can then mount in two general positions – The right-hand position mounts the rotary unit outside of the machine’s working envelope which maximizes machining space in X. The left-hand position provides an extra 1.900 of additional rotational clearance by locating the face of the rotary platter off the left edge of the SmartPlate, perfect for maximizing swing clearance with the RotoVise Pro. Compatible with machine tables with T-Slot center distances of 3.15″, 3.93″ and 4.92 (80mm, 100mm and 125mm). The SmartPlate comes with four 1/2-13 socket head cap screws and one modified t-nut. All SmartPlates are 1.900″ thick and measure 9.750″ x 11.000 and are anodized for corrosion resistance.
