I have this machine posted on other sites. For sale is my benchtop CNC mill. This is NOT A HOME MADE CONVERSION. Its ready to run for you to make chips. Throughout the course of owning this machine I’ve babied it in keeping the feeds and speeds low. I programmed my passes light and smooth, not once crashing any tools. This machine is decently rigid for its size, and the spindle motor has some good torque. This in turn allows this machine the capability in machining most alloys and some steel parts. I’ve only used it to machine soft aluminum alloys, wood, delrin, and some brass. Yet its never let me down in holding tight tolerances and smooth finishes. See pics of some of the many items I machined and created for myself, friends and customers. The controller software is very easy to learn and straight forward. Easy to follow short video lessons on how to operate the controller software can be found on Youtube or linked to the manufacturers website. Also, the controller board is 4th Axis ready, flood coolant ready, and remote pendant controller ready. Spindle motor power plugs into your 220V dryer wall socket, while the controller box plugs into your standard 110V wall socket. The mill does not take too much of a footprint in your garage or workshop. Its been a great machine to have and use.
