Hi folks , here is a pamgren 8 inch X-Y rotary – indexing table , that came from a shop that no one has been in for 20 years , the building had no heat , so most of the tooling has heavy rusting , watch. So this was rusty , i heated it up with a heat gun to get the grease out of the worm gears which actually protected it internally , then i put it in my new electrolysis tub for a day , and it came out quite. Then i washed it with vinegar , then soaked it in a lite oil bath , abracadabra here she is every thing turns nicely with no excessive play.
