We are out of the office from 10/7/21 until 10/13/21. We have had quite a few requests to make a Spindle Square for the world market that works with Metric collets and reads in native units. We have built a new spindle square just for this that offers all of the same adjustments but fits this world market demand. The spindle square is adjustable with 8mm holes for 75 – 150mm. It can be used to tram on multiple vise sizes, and machines such as your mill, drill press, sine bar and lathe. You can use any indicator with a 8mm stem so you can install a brand or resolution of your preference. The hardware will never rust and shouldn’t damage your indicator unless you over-torque the thumbscrew. Main body is made out of 6061 Aluminum and measures at 175mm by 19mm by 19mm with a brushed finish. 125mm by 12mm hardened and chromed shank 18-8 stainless set screw to retain. 10mm x 6mm rare earth magnet for zero’ing square attached to square so it isn’t easily misplaced. Aluminum 3.5mm (6-32) thumb screws to retain indicators (anodized aluminum as to not mar indicators). 8mm bores for Metric Indicators. Adjustments at 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. Made on CNC equipment in OR, using USA made materials. Large easy to read white face with crisp black graduations. Outside dimensions: 10.1″ x 8.0″ x 3.2. Snap latch; Large comfortable handle.
