All are in very good to excellent condition. Both universal tables include all tramming indicators and covers. The second table came off an FP4NC machine. They both have 14mm t-slots. The slotting head was rebuilt by Franz Singer in Germany. The milling machine is NOT a servo driven ball screw machine, but has acme lead screws that allows for free-cranking manual machining along with programable linear movements. It has a 40 year old control that still runs (machine is currently under power,) but may be difficult to find parts for should it fail. 1980′s Deckel FP2 with universal table. All inch dial/scale machine (alternativly, can display in metric on the DRO of course) built for USA market, 230 volts. Note original Heidenhain TNC 113 DRO was replaced with Positip model so that all 4 axis can be displayed on one screen. Also note how the install was true to Deckel original flex conduit, boxes for same. Even the work light is properly integrated into the body and wiring. Excellent condition, backlash in X axis is. 008, quiet and cool running….. One can run the machine for 40 minutes at highest RPM and both spindles feel as cool to the touch as they did before starting the machine. Integral variable speed DC drive X/Y/Z axis works perfectly in milling at all speeds, and rapid modes. Spindle drawbars are for external thread SK40 tools i. What Deckels usually use but I can change them to 5/8 internal thread standard no. 40 tooling drawbars, if you prefer. Orange vise shown in photo is not included. Universal table rotates 360 degrees via three speed transmission, with integral encoder (C axis on DRO) and tilts two directions via screws. Note original Deckel dial indicators for quick re tram back to zero degrees. Paint is 95% original… I did touch up a small area near the base on the right side, all else is original paint in excellent condition.
